I’ve always been fascinated by the powerful connection between the mind, body, and spirit. The human body holds an incredible ability to heal itself — and that truth became my life’s purpose after walking my own path through deep trauma, loss, and emotional pain.

My healing journey began long before I ever stepped into this work professionally. From childhood trauma to early motherhood, I carried wounds that traditional approaches couldn’t reach. I made myself a promise: If I ever found a way to truly heal, I would dedicate my life to helping others do the same.

For the past 15 years, I’ve studied and practiced a wide range of healing modalities — energy work, trauma release, breathwork, therapeutic bodywork, massage, and spiritual coaching. Through this work, I discovered something essential: Healing is not one-size-fits-all.

That’s why I created Angelina’s Art of Healing — a space where every session is intuitively tailored to your unique needs, blending science, energy, and soul into one integrated experience.

My sessions weave together therapeutic massage, breathwork, and energy healing to help release emotional blocks, calm the nervous system, and restore inner balance. Whether you’re seeking emotional clarity, physical relief, or a deeper connection with yourself, I meet you exactly where you are — holding a safe and compassionate space for transformation to unfold naturally.

Healing doesn’t end when the session does. I continue supporting my clients between sessions with tools, guidance, and practices to help them trust their body, regulate their emotions, and stay connected to their healing process.
