About Angelina

“My mission is to create a space where people feel safe enough to slow down, listen to their bodies, and reconnect with themselves. I believe healing doesn’t come from forcing change, but from feeling supported, regulated, and deeply seen.”

Angelina’s Art of Healing exists to help individuals move out of survival mode and back into clarity, balance, and wholeness honoring the body, the nervous system, and each person’s unique journey.

I’ve always been fascinated by the powerful connection between the mind, body, and spirit—and the body’s innate ability to heal when it feels safe, supported, and truly listened to. That truth became my life’s purpose after walking my own path through trauma, loss, and emotional pain.

My Story

My healing journey began long before I ever stepped into this work professionally.

From childhood experiences to early motherhood, I carried wounds that traditional approaches couldn’t fully reach. Along the way, I made myself a promise: if I ever found a way to truly heal, I would dedicate my life to helping others do the same.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve studied and practiced a wide range of healing modalities, including therapeutic massage, breathwork, energy work, trauma release, and spiritual coaching. Through this work, I discovered something essential—healing is not one-size-fits-all.

That understanding is what led me to create Angelina’s Art of Healing—a space where each session is intuitively guided and tailored to your unique needs, blending science, energy, and soul into one integrated experience. My sessions weave together bodywork, breath, and energetic support to help release emotional blocks, calm the nervous system, and restore inner balance.

Beyond the Session

Healing doesn’t end when the session does.

I support my clients in learning how to listen to their own bodies, understand their emotional patterns, and trust their inner wisdom. My work is not about fixing or forcing change — it’s about guiding you back to yourself with compassion, patience, and care.

Clients often describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded — sometimes experiencing a level of peace they didn’t know was possible.
